Your details on our website, and your voucher form the entire agreement between us and you and cover all reservations made by our website. If you intend to make a correct order, you must follow the ordering procedure on the reservation page of our website. All orders must be confirmed 24 hours before arrival. We are allowed to refuse any order you place. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your booking request, we will send you an email to inform you of this fact. We approve your reservation request by sending a reservation voucher to the email address you provided when ordering. You confirm that all information you provide to us when purchasing the Service is accurate, that the credit or debit card you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Service. We reserve the right to obtain your credit or debit card authorization prior to providing the Service. In the event that approval cannot be obtained and payment is not made, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. For reservations that are successfully created, a voucher will be created with your travel information and your unique voucher number. It is your responsibility to check the information about your reservation on the voucher before traveling and to inform us if there are any problems. We simply cannot be held responsible in the event that the information entered at the time of the booking request is incorrect. You will need to present your voucher to the driver at the start of the journey. We reserve the right to refuse the transfer if your booking voucher is not presented.
Prices and payment Information about Service prices and payment methods is available on our website. The price of any Service is the price displayed on our website at the date and time of your request. We need to confirm the price of your order before approval. We will notify you if the exact price of the service is higher than that stated in your order, and you can cancel the order and decide whether or not you want to purchase the service at the exact price. If you cancel your order, your credit or debit card will not be charged. Changes and cancellations by you Modification requests must be submitted by email to: luxurytransfers65@gmail.com. We do not guarantee that every change request will be fulfilled. Changes and cancellations will be accepted in accordance with these terms and conditions. In case of cancellation of the Service within 48 hours from the execution of the Service, we are not obliged to return the previously paid amount. Changes and cancellations by us We will notify you as soon as possible in the event that we have to make a significant change to or cancel your verified services. We will also use all reasonable efforts to find alternative services for you at no additional charge. Your responsibilities
It is your responsibility to travel with the booking voucher which contains all the details of the service. In the event that your flight is diverted, we suggest that you speak to our 24-hour helpline as soon as possible. Also, if you do not show up at the departure point at the specified time (“no-show” scenario), and you have not informed us about the postponement or cancellation of the service, you are not entitled to a refund. Our responsibilities We agree to provide the service professionally and in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Croatia. We guarantee that all vehicles used for transfers are registered and insured according to Croatian laws. The price of the Service includes personal insurance. We are not responsible for damage caused by unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for the contents of the luggage. If the selected vehicle is not available, we have the right to transport passengers with another suitable vehicle. If you have a complaint In the event that you encounter a problem with your service, please call us using the numbers provided on your booking voucher. Failure to notify us of your problem at this stage may affect our ability to investigate the matter you are complaining about. In case you have any doubts about the services you have booked with us after your return, it is best to send them to us by e-mail at: luxurytransfers65@gmail.com. We will certainly try to resolve any concerns about the service within 30 days of the alert being posted.
